We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first-ever Thrive Award—a new recognition designed to celebrate member agencies that are leading the way in creating workplaces where people can truly thrive. This award shines a spotlight on GSRMA's member agencies that go beyond compliance to champion safety, wellness, risk prevention, and organizational resilience through intentional, innovative, and impactful programs.

The Thrive Award honors those that invest in their people, embrace forward-thinking solutions, and demonstrate measurable efforts to support employee well-being and long-term success. By sharing these stories, we aim to elevate best practices across our membership pool, inspire collaboration, and recognize the meaningful work happening every day.

How to Apply

All eligible member agencies are encouraged to apply by sharing details about the programs, initiatives, and outcomes that reflect a culture of thriving within their organization.

Submission Window

Applications will be accepted February 1 through July 31. Submissions received after July 31 will be considered for the next award cycle.

Award Announcement

Recipients of the Thrive Award will be proudly announced and recognized at our Annual Conference, where we will celebrate their leadership, innovation, and commitment to supporting their employees and communities.
