The many types of special districts in our state is truly breathtaking! Our member districts include irrigation, sewer and water, home health services, early child development/first 5, levee, public transportation, workforce development, agriculture advisement and so much more.

As varied and unique as their needs are, we provide the breadth of coverage and services that meet them all. We can provide focused training for staff, management and governing boards that meet any special requirements. Our risk pool has evolved to be as flexible as our member base.
